Balloon Care and Storage

We want you to be totally happy with your balloon purchase - but certain procedures have to be followed :-

This is our least favourite subject!

Balloons are fragile by nature and we can't be responsible for your balloons once they have left our care.

Balloon gas expands in the heat and balloons will pop/deflate if left in the wrong conditions.  

Please do not leave your balloons in a hot place or a stationary car for any length of time - you need to travel with the windows down a little or the air conditioning on. 

Treated balloons should be removed from their bag immediately and left at room temperature to allow for drying - you can not leave them anywhere damp or humid - a garage, shed etc.

We do not replace balloons that have popped or developed holes. If you do have an accident with your balloon, we are however, happy to replace your balloon upon exchange, at half the original purchase price, minus any element we can re-use - for example, the weight. 

However, infrequently manufacturing faults may develop. A fault is easy to spot upon inspection, in this case we will do whatever we can to put right for you.
